How do I choose the right size board for my skill level?
Generally, beginners should look for higher volume boards like the Beastie or Super Soft for stability. Intermediate to advanced surfers often prefer the Little Marley or Kuma Fish for more maneuverability in smaller waves.
What is your shipping policy for large surfboards?
We offer specialized surfboard shipping across the country. All boards are double-wrapped in protective foam and heavy-duty cardboard to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Do the boards come with fins included?
Yes, most of our models come with a set of FCSII or Futures compatible soft fins. Please check the specific product description for the fin system used on your chosen model.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unused boards in their original shrink-wrap packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a board has been waxed or taken into the water, it is no longer eligible for return.
How should I maintain my softboard to ensure it lasts?
To prolong the life of your board, rinse it with fresh water after every session and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or a hot car for extended periods, as this can cause delamination or heat damage.
